Make it Mentoring is an holistic service offering mentoring to children, young people and vulnerable adults within South Gloucestershire, Bristol, Gloucestershire and beyond. Our ethos and experience within the social care, education and health field has enabled us to find and remove the barriers and blocks that can see progress stagnate, for the mentees we work with. We liaise with numerous services and work as a wider team to ensure there is strong communication across agencies, families and carers, ensuring that support is cohesive. Make it Mentoring adapts the approaches we use so that every mentor is empowered to support, guide and maximise the potential of the children, young people and adults we work with.
